All accommodations have ocean views. Hotel Rooms, Studios and One Bedroom Apartments are located in the three story buildings on the upper level of the resort. Our luxurious Villas are located in four rows rising from the ocean front level to the upper level. Every single accommodation at Eden Bay, both on The Seacliff and in The Cove, has an Ocean View and includes either a full-size balcony or ground-floor terrace.

Studio

A large room (738 sq. ft.) with two queen size or one king size bed, sitting area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, tile bath with shower and patio or balcony. 

One Bedroom

A spacious two room suite (1062 sq.ft.). Living room with sofa, two chairs, coffee table, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Separate bedroom with two queen size or one king size bed, tile bath with shower, Patio or balcony. 

Seacliff Room

A large room (578 sq. ft.) with two queen size or one king size bed, two upholstered chairs, end table, dresser, refrigerator tile bath with shower and patio or balcony.

In The Cove are our deluxe accommodations, 60 Villas, in four descending rows, from Hillcrest Villas to Valley Villas, and finally Oceanfront Villas are available. 

One Bedroom Villa

A private villa (860 sq. ft.). Living room with sofa, two chairs, coffee table, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, Separate bedroom with two queen size or one king size bed, tile bath with shower. Covered veranda with ocean view.
