one and two-bedroom Condominiums are
located throughout Caliente’s
beautiful residential community!
The well-appointed, first or second
floor rentals feature fully equipped
kitchens, living room, satellite
television, VCR, free local telephone
service and a dining area with sliding
glass doors opening onto a screened-in
porch or balcony for fresh breezes
and your outdoor enjoyment!
Our 800 square foot one-bedroom units
have a full bath with bathtub/shower
combination and a queen bed. Maximum
occupancy of our one-bedroom
Condominiums is four persons.
Our 1,200 square foot two-bedroom
units feature two queen beds and have
two full baths; the master bath having
a toilet, bidet and an oversized walk-
in shower. Maximum occupancy of our
two bedroom Condominiums is six persons.
Most one and two-bedroom units offer
a queen sleeper sofa and all feature
lush 18 oz. bath towels, Caliente
signature amenities and 250 thread
count poly-cotton sheets. Children
are welcome in any Condominium rental.
For your comfort, we do not allow pets
in any of our rental units.
Deluxe designated Condominiums feature
a king bed in the master bedroom, 27”
or larger television, DVD player and
washer and dryer. At this time, all
of our Condominiums, Casitas and
Villas are designated non-smoking.
